This Privacy Policy applies to Jon Martin, trading as CGX Performance ("CGX Performance", "we", "us"), located in Bargersville, IN 46143, United States. We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, and account credentials when you sign up, contact us, book a class, or purchase a program or coaching plan.
• Client information: information you share with us as part of coaching, such as training goals, health and fitness background you choose to provide, body-composition results from In Body assessments, and check-in or progress notes.
• Youth participant information: for youth strength & conditioning classes, the name and age of the participating minor and parent/guardian contact details, provided by the parent or guardian.
• Communication records: messages you send us by email, contact form, text, or social media.
• Usage and device information: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, collected automatically when you use the website.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing the Services — creating accounts, delivering training sessions and classes, granting access to purchased programs, and running online coaching.
• Communication — responding to inquiries, sending service updates, scheduling, and coaching check-ins.
• Security and fraud prevention — protecting accounts, our website, and our clients.
• Product improvement — understanding how the site and programs are used so we can improve them.
• Legal compliance — keeping records and responding to lawful requests.

We will not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

If you are located in the UK or EEA, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services you purchased or signed up for); legitimate interests (site security, service improvement, and business records); consent (where required, such as for optional cookies or marketing emails, which you may withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (retaining records where required by law).

We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers and subprocessors that help us operate, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, scheduling, and our coaching platform.

• Professional advisers such as legal or accounting professionals, where reasonably necessary.
• Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

CGX Performance is based in the United States. If you are in the UK or EEA, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision applicable to the recipient.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: client and coaching records for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards (generally up to 3 years, or longer where required for legal, tax, or safety reasons); contact-form inquiries for up to 2 years; and website analytics in aggregated form. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on your location, you have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability of your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. UK/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month. Youth strength & conditioning classes are for minors ages 7–18 and are enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the information we collect about the participant. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review, correct, or delete their child's information.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and limiting access to those who need it to provide the Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function, such as keeping you signed in and enabling checkout. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
